Upang mas mapalakas ang mga programa ng lungsod kontra child labor, idinaos ng Public Employment Service Office (PESO) at World Vision Development Foundation, Inc. – Project Against Child Exploitation (ACE) ang Quezon City Program Implementation Sub-Committee on Child Labor (QC-PIC) Strategic Planning 2023-2028.
Layon nitong magtakda ng malinaw na pamantayan para sa mga programa kontra child labor ng lungsod sa pamamagitan ng isang sustainability roadmap.
Dumalo sa pagtitipon sina Ms. Dianne Alavado ng DOLE-Bureau of Workers with Special Concerns (DOLE-BWSC), Atty. Vincent J. Ong, ng Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking (IACAT) ng Department of Justice, at Ms. Ruby Ramores ng Diocesan Ministry Against Human Trafficking ng Diocese of Novaliches.
