Ibinahagi ni Mayor Joy Belmonte ang iba-ibang programa ng Quezon City Government para matuldukan ang child labor at online sexual abuse and exploitation of children (OSAEC) sa ginanap na International Public Information Sharing for ASEAN and other countries in Asia.
Kabilang sa tinalakay ni Mayor Joy ang Zero Child Labor Action Plan, pagpapalakas ng Barangay Council for the Protection of the Children, pagtatatag ng Task Force Sampaguita at Magdalena, at pagkakaroon ng Child Labor Prevention and Elimination Program (CLPEP) Section ng Public Employment Service Office (PESO).
Hinimok din ng alkalde ang international community na i-regulate ang mga social media platforms na nagpapalala ng problema sa OSAEC.
Kasama ni Mayor Joy sa programa sina Coun. Egay Yap, ASEAN countries, mga kinatawan ng national government, LGUs, at civic society organizations.
Ang International Public Information Sharing ay inorganisa ng World Vision sa pakikipagtulungan sa Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), at National Council Against Child Labor.
