Bilang bahagi ng Drug Dependency Evaluation, sumailalim sa drug testing ang labing-anim na Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) ng Quezon City Female Jail Dormitory, na tinanggap ang Plea Bargaining Agreement.

Pagkatapos ng resulta, maaaring irekomenda ang mga PDL sa drug counselling program. Bilang bahagi ng No Women Left Behind Program ng lokal na pamahalaan, patuloy ang pagprotekta sa karapatan ng kababaihang PDL.
