Nagsilbing isa sa mga tagapagsalita si Dr. Teresita Atienza ng QC University sa ginanap na National Conference and General Assembly ng Association of Schools of Public Administration in the Philippines (ASPAP) Inc. Tinalakay ni Dr. Atienza ang mga programa ng lokal na pamahalaan ukol sa disaster managament at public governance.

Dumalo rin si University of the Philippines Diliman Chancellor Fidel Nemenzo at ilang mga kinatawan ng iba-ibang unibersidad sa bansa.

Ginanap ang naturang conference sa National College of Public Administration and Governance, UP Diliman na may temang, “Public Administration, Management, and Governance Education in the Philippines: Transcending Pandemic Uncertainties and Championing Academic and Institutional Reforms”.
