Bilang paghahanda sa nalalapit na International Human Rights Day, inilunsad ng SPARK! Philippines at Bureau of Jail Management and Penology – QC Jail Female Dormitory ang paggawa ng mural ng French at Filipino artists kasama ang mga Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) sa pakikipagtulungan ng Embassy of France to the Philippines and Micronesia at pamahalaang Lungsod Quezon ngayong araw.

Kasama ng mga PDLs ang mga Filipino at French artist na nagbahagi ng kanilang talento sa pagpipinta. Lumabas rin ang pagkamalikhain ng mga PDLs sa mga mural sa loob ng correctional facility.
