SA QC, MAHALAGA ANG BOSES NG KABATAAN! 👧🧒

Dinaluhan ni Mayor Joy Belmonte ang naganap na Child Representative Election para sa Quezon City Council for the Protection of Children (QCCPC) sa San Francisco High School.

Hinimok ng Alkalde ang mga kabataan na iboto nila ang child representative na may adbokasiyang ipaglaban ang kanilang karapatan.

Nais din ni Mayor Joy na nauunawaan ng mananalo ang mga isyu na kanilang kinahaharap at may paninindigang maglingkod para sa kabataang QC.

Importante ang partisipasyon ng youth sector sa QCCPC dahil dito tinatalakay at binabalangkas ng lokal na pamahalaan ang mga polisiyang makatutulong sa kaunlaran at kapakanan ng bawat batang QCitizen.

Nahalal bilang Child Representatives sina Angelo Roldan Alejo ng Barangay Bagong Silangan at Janiyah Meizsha Redota mula sa Barangay Gulod.

Dumalo rin sa programa sina Social Services Development Department head Carolina Patalinghog, Schools Division Superintendent Carleen S. Sedilla, Marita Sianghio ng City Planning and Development Department, Andrean Lopez ng QC Youth Development Office, at SFHS Principal Dr. Marissa Lou N. Rodriguez.
