Pormal nang pumirma si Mayor Joy Belmonte sa Deed of Absolute Sale kasama ang mga lot owners na Fair Business & Management Corporation, Gampac Corporation, Tofemi Realty Corporation, Financiera Manila Inc., Bautista property, Fetalvero property, Mendiola property, at Tolentino property.
Tinatayang 54,200 square meters ang lawak ng lupang bibilhin ng lokal na pamahalaan para sa mga residente ng tatlong barangay.
Kasama ng Alkalde sa programa sina District 2 Councilor Aly Medalla, Councilor Mikey Belmonte, Councilor Dave Valmocina, former Councilor Bong Liban, P/B Rascal Doctor, P/B Willy Cara, Housing Community Development and Resettlement Department OIC Atty.
