PAGBATI, WILDLIFE SENTINELS!
Nakiisa si Mayor Joy Belmonte bilang speaker sa idinaos na awarding ceremony ng Wildlife Sentinel (WiSe) Award Philippines sa Seda Vertis North.
Pinarangalan ng WiSe ang mga wildlife law enforcers na nagpamalas ng iba-ibang inobasyon, kolaborasyon, integridad, at mahusay na pamumuno sa pagpapatupad ng mga batas na nagbibigay proteksyon sa mga wildlife sa bansa.
Ibinigay naman ng Innovation Award para sa Philippine National Police (PNP) Legislative Affairs Center PCol. Fernando L. Cunanan Jr., nasungkit naman ang Integrity Award ni Jewel D. Padullon ng Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) – CARAGA, at natanggap naman ang Collaboration Award ng Wildlife Regulation Section, Wildlife Resource Division, Biodiversity Management Bureau ng DENR.
Tinanggap naman ni Station Chief PMaj. Lencio P. Alcantara Jr. ang Leadership Award mula sa Olongapo City Maritime Police Station, Regional Maritime Unit 3, at tinanggap naman ng PNP Maritime Group sa pangunguna ni Director PBGen. Jonathan A. Cabal.
