Nakiisa sa commencement ceremony si Mayor Joy Belmonte at ibinahagi ang kahalagahan ng QC Hotline 122 operators, lalo na sa agarang pag-aksyon sa mga kaso ng child labor at Online Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children (OSAEC).
Kasama sa aktibidad sina QC Citizen Services Department head Carlos Verzonilla, World Vision Project ACE Director Ms. Daphne Culanag, Department of Social Welfare and Development, at QC Public Employment Service Office.
