Bahagi ng Business Development Phase ang LEAD o Learning, Engagement, and Development Session. Layon nitong gabayan ang mga startup sa pagsisimula ng kanilang kumpanya.

Ang StartUp QC program ay magbibigay ng financial grant na aabot sa P1,000,000 para sa mga mapipiling innovative business model na makakatulong sa lipunan.
