Under the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act, the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan is a 3-year rolling plan that shall serve as the basis for the preparation of the annual Barangay Youth Investment Program. This plan shall be aligned with the Philippine Youth Development Plan at the national, municipal, city, and provincial levels, as applicable.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP) – signed by the Respective SK Barangay and SK Federation Office
ONLINE SUBMISSION:
- Submit the CBYDP reviewed by SK Federation via electronic mail.
- Wait for the LYDO’s comments and feedback on the CBYDP.
- Forward the SK Federation-signed CBYDP to LYDO.
- Receive the LYDO-signed CBYDP.
- Sign the log sheet.
MANUAL/ ONSITE SUBMISSION:
- Submit the CBYDP signed by SK Officials/Members and SK Federation President.
- Wait for the LYDO’s comments and feedback on the CBYDP.
- Receive the signed CBYDP.
- Sign the log sheet.
