Paano Makakakuha ng Tulong sa Panahon ng Sakuna

The city’s Emergency Disaster Relief program provides timely and appropriate assistance to individuals and families affected by disasters, whether natural or man-made, such as food, hot meals, bags of welfare goods, temporary shelter in evacuation centers, and financial assistance.

WHERE:

  • Evacuation site

PROCESS:

  1. Report incidents of fire or flood to QC Helpline 122, the Social Services Development Department (SSDD) at 8703-6823, or to your respective barangays.
  2. At the designated evacuation area, go to the SSDD area to undergo registration with the help of your barangay officials.
  3. For individuals or families affected by the following:
    • FIRE
      • Affected families will be given a temporary shelter at the evacuation center wherein they will be provided hot meals (three times a day for seven days) and not more than one month, depending on the number of families affected. Affected families will also receive bags of welfare goods, starter kits, hygiene kits and financial assistance, for the house owner Php 10,000 and Php 5,000 for sharer or renter-families.
    • FLOOD
      • Affected families will be provided with hot meals three times a day while inside the evacuation center.
    • RELOCATION
      • Affected families of voluntary demolition will be provided with bags of welfare goods while they are in the process of relocation.

REMINDER: Temporary shelter or setting-up of evacuation center for affected families will be based on the assessment of the social worker.


Ang programang Emergency Disaster Relief ay nagbibigay ng agarang tulong para sa mga biktima ng kalamidad. Ilan sa mga tulong na ibibigay ang pagkain, matutuluyan na evacuation center, at tulong pinansyal.

  • Evacuation site

PROSESO:

  1. Tumawag sa QC Helpline 122 o sa Social Services Development Department sa teleponong (8)703-6823 o sa inyong barangay na nasasakupan para ipaalam at i-ulat ang insidente ng sunog o baha.
  2. Pumunta at magpatala sa mga tinalagang evacuation area kung saan naka set-up ang SSDD para sa registration kasama ang barangay officials,
  3. Para sa mga indibidwal o pamilyang naapektuhan ng mga sumusunod:
    • SUNOG
      • Ang apektadong pamilya ay mananatili sa evacuation center at makakatanggap ng hot meals (tatlong beses sa isang araw na tatagal sa pitong araw), at hindi hihigit sa isang buwan, depende sa bilang ng mga naapektuhang pamilya. Makakatanggap din ang mga apektado ng welfare goods, starter kit, hygiene kit, at tulong pinansyal na Php 10,000 para sa mga may-ari (owner) ng bahay at Php 5,000 para sa mga nangungupahan (renter).
    • BAHA
      • Ang mga apektadong pamilya ay pagkakalooban ng hot meals tatlong beses sa isang araw habang nasa loob ng evacuation center.
    • RELOCATION
      • Ang mga apektadong pamilya ng boluntaryong demolisyon ay makakatanggap ng welfare goods habang sila ay nasa proseso ng paglilipat.

PAALALA: Ang pansamantalang panunuluyan ng mga apektadong pamilya ay alinsunod sa assessment ng social worker.
