QC E-Services account grants access to various online services offered by the Quezon City government. 

REQUIREMENT: 

• An active and valid email address

STEPS: 

1. Open your web browser.
2. Go to the official QC E-Services website.
3. Click on the “Register” button on the homepage.
4. Fill out the registration form completely and click the Register button. 
5. Verify your email.
   • Check your email inbox for a verification email from QC E-Services.
   • Open the email and click on the verification link to activate your account.
6. Return to the QC E-Services website and log in with your username and password.
