Nagtungo sa Republic of Korea ang 22nd Quezon City Council sa pangunguna ni Vice Mayor Gian Sotto kamakailan para sa benchmarking activity.
Layunin ng aktibidad na magkaroon ng dagdag kaalaman tungkol sa mga best practices ng iba’t ibang mga organisasyon at opisina sa Korea at ma-angkop at gamitin ang mga ito sa ating lungsod na layong maging mas smart at sustainable city.
Nakipagpulong ang delegasyon kina Seoul Metroplitan Council Kim Hyeon-ki, mga kinatawan ng National Assembly Digital Services Division, Goyang City Mayor Lee Dong-Hwan, WeGO Secretary-General Park Jung Sook, at Philippine Ambassador to the Republic of Korea Her Excellency Ma. Theresa Dizon-De Vega.
Binisita rin nila ang iba’t ibang smart places sa Korea tulad ng Goyang Human Resources Education Center, Goyang Drone Anchor Center, Goyang City Smart Safety Center, National Assembly Museum, Seoul Transport Operation and Information Services (TOPIS), at Incheon Free Economic Zone (IFEZ) Promotion Center.
