The Quezon City Government, under the visionary leadership of Mayor Joy Belmonte, proudly announces a landmark collaboration with Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC), one of the Philippines’ leading and most beloved fast-food chains.
The partnership marks a significant stride towards fostering inclusivity and diversity in the workforce, particularly in championing the rights and capabilities of persons with disabilities and senior citizens.
With a shared commitment to social responsibility and equal opportunities, the Quezon City Government and Jollibee Foods Corporation are joining forces to offer employment opportunities to more than two hundred (200) persons with disabilities and senior citizens within JFC’s Quezon City-based establishments.
Through this collaboration, both entities will work hand in hand to create a supportive and accessible work environment that accommodates the unique needs and talents of persons with disabilities and senior citizens. A series of Disability Awareness and Sensitivity Training (DAST) and Basic Filipino Sign Language (FSL) Training were conducted to Human Resources Managers, Supervisors, and Branch Managers of all Quezon City-based JFC branches spearheaded by the Persons with Disability Affairs Office.
