Sa layuning mapaigting ang kalagayan ng mga taong naninirahan sa mga kalsada sa Lungsod Quezon, nagtulungan ang Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) at Lokal na Pamahalaan upang ilunsad ang Oplan Pag-abot – Reaching out to Families and Individuals in Street Situation (FISS).

Sa pagpapatuloy ng operasyon ngayong hapon, ilan sa mga benepisyaryo ay ligtas naiturn-over sa Jose Fabella Center, Bahay Silungan, Golden Reception and Action Center for the Elderly and other Special Cases (GRACES), at sa mga lokal na pamahalaan ng Manila at Caloocan.

Bawat benepisyaryo ng programang ito ay dadaan sa medical assessment at antigen testing. May nakalaan ding temporary shelters sa processing area para sila ay makapagpahinga. Nakatanggap din sila ng cash aid mula sa DSWD, at irerehistro rin sila sa Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).

Dumalaw din sa processing area si DSWD Undersecretary Eduardo Punay at ikinatuwa niya ang pagiging aktibo ng lungsod sa pagkakaroon nito ng Task Force Sampaguita na may mandatong umalalay sa mga FISS.

Magpapatuloy ngayong gabi ang operasyon kasama ang Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, Commission on Human Rights, at mga departamento ng lungsod tulad ng Task Force Sampaguita, Quezon City Police District, City Health Department, Quezon City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, City Legal, Traffic and Transport Management Department, Public Employment Service Office, Department of Public Order and Safety, Social Services Development Department, Barangay and Community Relations Department, Quezon City Anti-Drug Abuse Advisory Council, Quezon Memorial Circle, General Services Department, at Task Force Disiplina.
