Para matulungan ang mga informal settler ng Lungsod, nag-meeting ang Quezon City Government at University of the Philippines (UP) upang pagusapan ang proyektong pabahay para sa mga residente.

Dumalo rito sina Mayor Joy Belmonte, Housing Community Development and Resettlement Department Atty. Jojo Conejero, UP Diliman Chancellor Edgardo Carlo Vistan II at UP Vice Chancellor Boyet Tecson.
