Aabot sa 350 QCitizen mula sa Barangay Payatas ang nakiisa sa #GROWQC: Feeding Program and Livelihood Training Orientation na hatid ng QC Task Force on Capacitating Urban Communities For Peace and Development (CUCPD).

Nakatanggap ang mga residente ng gulay, at sumailalim sa livelihood seminar ng QC Public Employment Service Office (QC PESO), at QC Small Business Cooperatives Development and Promotions Office (QC SBCDPO). Nagbigay din ng dagdag kaalaman ang mga kinatawan ng QC Sustainable Development Affairs Unit (SDAU), Quezon City Police District (QCPD), at Joint Task Force – NCR (JTF-NCR).

Pinangunahan ni QC CUCPD Action Officer at Department of Public Order and Safety (DPOS) Head Elmo San Diego ang programa, kasama si Barangay Payatas Chairperson Manny Guarin.
