Description
The Quezon City Real Estate Management And Control Office (CREMCO) operates as the executive organizational component responsible for the evaluation, valuation, processing, and inventory of all real properties (land, improvements and buildings) owned, to be owned, utilized, and to be disposed of by the Quezon City Government.
Mission
To apply strong work ethics, and improve technical and professional skills and current technology in order to effectively and efficiently make and keep an inventory of, manage, and transfer City-owned real properties.
Vision
Founded on the principles of good governance and industry-desired values, CREMCO is to be the Primary mover and provider of credible, reliable, readily available, and easily accessible information relative to the titling and management of City-owned real properties.
Legal Basis
Ordinance. SP- 2872; S-2019; 21st Quezon City Council
An Ordinance creating the City Real Estate Management and Control Office under the Office of the City Mayor and creating fifteen regular plantilla positions thereof.
Service Pledge
- To continuously develop and maintain a comprehensive, complete, digital, on-line, and current inventory of all real properties owned by the City
- To effectively and efficiently transfer real properties acquired in the name of the City
- To effectively and efficiently manage City-owned real properties
- To maintain a digital map-based information visuals of City-owned real properties
