Ligtas at maayos na kalsada para sa mga commuter at siklista ng Quezon City.
Kasama ang Department of Transportation (DOTr), isinagawa ngayong araw ang groundbreaking ceremony para sa pagpapalawak ng public and active transport infrastructure sa lungsod.
Layon nitong magbigay ng dagdag bike lanes para sa mga siklista at Public Utility Vehicle (PUV) stops para sa mga commuter.
Ito ay magiging daan upang mas maging mabilis at madali para sa mga residente ang pagpasok sa trabaho at eskwelahan at pag-uwi sa kanilang mga tahanan.
Nakiisa rito sina Mayor Joy Belmonte, Vice Mayor Gian Sotto, Transportation Secretary Jaime J. Bautista, DOT Assistant Secretary for Road Transport and Infrastructure James Andres B. Melad, Department of Public Works and Highways Assistant Regional Director Joel Limpengco, mga kinatawan mula sa iba-ibang departamento ng lungsod, at mga myembro ng civil society organizations.
