Mainit na tinanggap ni Mayor Joy Belmonte ang Philippine Consul General ng San Francisco na si Mr. Neil Frank Ferrer.
Pinag-usapan nila ang mga programa ng lokal na pamahalaan para sa mga residente na nais mag-umpisa ng negosyo at mga inisyatibo ng maliliit na negosyante.
Nais ni Consul General Ferrer na ipakilala ang mga produkto ng QCitizens sa ibang bansa bilang suporta sa kanila.
Kasama ng alkalde sina Office of the City Mayor External Relations Officer Tetta Terona, Small Business and Cooperative Development and Promotions Office Head Mona Yap, at Local Economic Investment and Promotions Office head Jay Gatmaitan.
