Aarangkada pong muli ang Caravan Series na handog ng ating butihing Mayor Joy Belmonte. Isa ito sa kanyang layunin na mas mailapit sa mga QCitizens ang serbisyo ng lokal na pamahalaan kaya naman isinasagawa ang ganitong mga proyekto.
