REQUIREMENTS:
- Dogs and cats must be healthy and at least 3 months old
- Pets must be free from any existing diseases and not under medication
- Pets must not be pregnant or lactating
- Pets must be on a leash or in a cage
- If bringing two or more pets, they must be accompanied by two persons
- Ensure your dog or cat is healthy for a physical consultation and vaccination
STEPS:
- Bring your dog to the City Veterinary Department clinic located on the 1st floor, City Health Building, Mayaman St., corner Kalayaan Ave., Gate 4, Quezon City Hall Compound.
- Wait for the vaccination process to be completed.
- Collect your pet’s vaccination card upon completion.
