STEPS:

1. Register or Log-in to QC E-Services.

2. Choose and click ‘QC ID eApplication’.

3. A step-by-step instruction will be shown for your guidance.

4. A notification will be sent upon approval of your application.  Should your application be rejected, applicant will be informed of the reason for rejection. Simply re-apply and submit corrected data/document.

REMINDERS:

1. Strictly one QC E-Services Account for one email address used.
2. If applying for other family members, make sure to use a different email address and different QC E-Services account.
3. Disclose the correct and active contact numbers as you may receive notifications via your contact number.
