Pinangunahan ni Mayor Joy Belmonte ang unang QC Local Housing Board regular meeting upang talakayin ang iba-ibang programa at concerns ukol sa pabahay ng Lungsod Quezon.

Nakiisa ang mga miyembro ng nasabing komite tulad ng Housing Community Development and Resettlement Department, City Legal Department, Office of the Vice Mayor, Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development, at Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor.
