Nagsimula nang magtanggal ng campaign posters at tarpaulins sa mga pampublikong lugar ang pamahalaang lungsod, sa pangunguna ng Department of Public Order and Safety (DPOS), TF Traffic and Transport Management (TFTTM), at Department of Sanitation and Cleanup Works of Quezon City (DSQC).

Noong Linggo, inatasan ni Mayor Joy ang DSQC na magsagawa ng malawakang clean-up drive sa mga lansangan kapag natapos na ang lahat ng election-related activities.

Hinihikayat din ng lungsod ang mga naging kandidato na boluntaryong tanggalin ang kanilang mga tarpaulin para mapanatili ang kalinisan at kaayusan sa QC.
