Looking to add a furry friend to your family? Consider adopting a pet from the local shelter. The adoption program is dedicated to finding loving homes for pets in need.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PET ADOPTERS:

• 1×1 I.D. Picture
• Photocopy of QC ID or any valid ID
• Photos of your home, both inside and outside, especially the space allocated for the pet
• PHP 500 Adoption Fee

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PETS TO BE ADOPTED (Dog/Cat):

• Cage or Pet carrier (depending on the size of the pet)
• Leash and Collar

PROCESS:

1. Visit the Facebook Page. Go to the Animal Care and Adoption Center Facebook page to view the Adoption Gallery.
2. Complete the form available at Adoption Form and send a photo of the animal you wish to adopt.
3. Wait for a call or text message from the center for their reply.
4. Pay the Adoption Fee of PHP 500.
