How to Apply for an Environmental Clearance

DEPARTMENT OF SANITATION AND CLEANUP WORKS OF QUEZON CITY

STEPS FOR ONLINE APPLICATION:

  1. Fill-out the application from QC E-Services under Business One-Stop-Shop (BOSS).
  1. Applications will be forwarded by the BPLD to DSQC thru BOSS for initial evaluation.
  2. DSQC will process and prepare the Environmental Clearance including its signatory. The approved Environmental Clearance (e-copy) will be sent to the email address provided by the taxpayer/ applicant.

Email us at: permits.DSQC@qcwebsite.sparksoft-demo.com

NOTE: Environmental Clearance Application is integrated with the application of Mayor’s Permit to the Business Permits and Licensing Department (BPLD) thru QC E-Services BOSS.
Hard copy of Environmental Clearance without deficient requirement/s is officially forwarded to the BPLD for the inclusion to the Automated Document Delivery System (ADDS).

REQUIREMENTS FOR MANUAL/ ONSITE APPLICATION:

  • Printed Mayor’s Permit
  • Previous Environmental Clearance (if any)
  • Official Receipt or Tax Bill and the documents needed to submit
  • Additional requirements for authorized representative:
    • Original Special Power Of Attorney
    • Printer ID of Owner/Person of Authority With 3 Specimen Signatures
    • Printed ID/Company ID of Representative With 3 Specimen Signatures

STEPS FOR MANUAL/ ONSITE APPLICATION:

  1. Secure the requirements needed for walk-in inquiries and submission of documents.
  2. Proceed to the Permits and Compliance Division and present the document/s for verification and assistance.
