In order to protect the public from COVID-19, the Business One-Stop Shop managed by the Quezon City Business Permits and Licensing Department has suspended on-premise submission of application.

We strongly encourage business owners to submit their application online via the QC e-Services portal https://qceservices.quezoncity.gov.ph. Dropbox Service is still available for those who have pre-booked appointments but the same will also be uploaded online by BPLD.

For permit releasing, business owners may request a digital copy of their permit through records.bpld@qcwebsite.sparksoft-demo.com
