KyusiPass is a digital contact tracing app mandated by the city government for use in business establishments and by consumers in the city. It facilitates easier and faster contact tracing by assigning individuals a personal QR code linked to their mobile number. Users can register for their QR code through various platforms including the SafePass website, Facebook chatbot, and SMS. The app is part of efforts to enhance public health measures during the COVID-19 pandemic under general community quarantine guidelines.

STEPS:

1. Send an email of request to kyusipass.bpld@qcwebsite.sparksoft-demo.com indicating the (1) Name of the Establishment and (2) Mayor’s Permit Number.
2. Upon review, the establishment’s assigned QR Code and template will be sent to the same email address for printing and mounting.
